Kerrie Road Medical
Kerrie Road Family Medical Centre has been open for over 40 years in the same location, Glen Waverley’s Kerrie Road. We are an AGPAL accredited, proudly local, family orientated medical centre. Our aim is to provide high quality, complete medical care in a relaxed environment to our patients.
We specialise in total family medical care across all ages. Our services include diabetes management, arthritis care, aged care, health checks, all forms of immunisations, iron infusions, pathology, flu and travel vaccinations, skin cancer checks, minor surgery and care advice for the elderly and people with a disability.
Dr. Graeme Minifie founded the clinic and was joined shortly thereafter by Dr. Stephen Stowe and Dr. Peter Coulton. In 2018 we welcomed Dr. Kelly Davis and Dr. Harshar Sundar. In 2020 we welcomed Dr Dipak Bosamia and Dr Carmen Lei to Kerrie Road Medical. All our doctors are highly regarded, trusted and well known General Practitioners. We have doctors that speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Cantonese.
Kerrie Road Family Medical Centre located in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne, is also owned and operated by a local family and staffed by caring members of the local community.

Accreditation
Kerrie Road Family Medical Centre is an AGPAL accredited, proudly local, family orientated medical centre. We provide high quality, complete medical care in a relaxed environment to our patients.
We adhere to all the requirements under the RACGP Standards for General Practice. This ensures we meet the accreditation requirements on an ongoing basis. Accreditation is renewed every 3 years.
We achieve Accreditation through demonstrating respect for our patients, commitment to improving patient outcomes, efficient systems, electronic health records, a positive practice environment, strong communication with our patients, doctors and staff.
After Hours Care
After hours care is provided by arrangement with the accredited National Home Doctor Service they can be contacted on 13 74 25
The doctors from this service will make a home visit on request, and patients are bulk-billed. Our practice receives a written report of consultations the following day. In an acute emergency, please ring 000 for an ambulance.
For less acute emergencies, and cases of accident, after-hours care is available at the Mount Waverley Urgent Care Clinic (bulk-billed) located at 408 Huntingdale Road, Mount Waverley from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm 7 days a week, or local public hospitals such as Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong, and Box Hill Hospitals; and at the 24 hour A&E departments of private hospitals such as the Valley Private and Knox where a facility fee and consultation fee are charged.
